NOT Mr. Churchill!
I couldn't resist this delightful Christmas owl image from the Digi Stamp Boutique, I mean have you seen anything as cute?
I printed him off and then coloured him in using promarkers, with some glitter for his hat and the stocking, my topper was complete.
I used a green card base and adhered several mats of green and patterned paper from PAPERMANIA called 'Festive Frolics', its got loads of Christmassy images including robins, reindeers, parcels, wording and more... I'm a little embarrassed to say just how long all these papers have been in my stash... (2010 ?) and I have both the 12 x 12's and the 6 x 6 paper stacks!
Both the scalloped frame and the Christmas bauble are cut using my CRICUT Expression die-cutting machine. The frame is from the 'Stretch Your Imagination' cartridge and the bauble is from the 'Christmas/Noel' cartridge. With the addition of some twine (wool, actually from the local recycling shop) and a Christmassy button - so old and gold is beginning to fade! The shank, (I think its called the 'shank'???) has been removed so that it lays flat)
My sentiment (which is very appropriate) is from Cards TV , its been stamped and embossed.
Inside... decorated using up left-over bits (as usual).
